1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhysioPocket ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Apple Standard EULA

PhysioPocket is licensed to you subject to the terms of the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail for matters related to the App Store distribution.

3. Description of Service

PhysioPocket is a clinical reference and documentation tool designed for licensed physical therapists and rehabilitation professionals. The App provides:

• Clinical outcome measurement scales (DASH, LEFS, Oswestry, NDI, etc.)
• SOAP note generation (static and AI-powered)
• Exercise library and home exercise program builder
• Rehabilitation protocol library
• CPT/ICD coding references and billing tools
• Patient tracking and outcomes dashboard
• AI-powered clinical documentation tools

4. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PhysioPocket is NOT a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

• The App is a clinical reference tool intended to support — not replace — the clinical decision-making of licensed professionals.
• AI-generated content (SOAP notes, clinical suggestions, exercise progressions) must be reviewed and verified by a qualified clinician before use in patient care.
• Calculator results, clinical scores, and outcome interpretations are based on published clinical formulas and should be verified against the original sources.
• The developers of PhysioPocket are not liable for clinical decisions made based on information provided by the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PhysioPocket offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, local privacy laws, and institutional policies when storing or managing patient data.
• Review all AI-generated content before using it in clinical documentation.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Not use the App for any purpose other than clinical reference and documentation.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. All patient data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding user-generated data) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Clinical scales and assessment tools referenced within the App are the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. PhysioPocket uses these references for clinical calculation purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHYSIOPOCKET AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, CLINICAL OUTCOMES, OR BUSINESS PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and your account data through the in-app deletion feature.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
